By using the services of Liparota Mowing & Garden Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

We provide lawn mowing and garden maintenance services including, but not limited to, lawn mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, garden clean-ups, and ongoing maintenance. Services may be provided as a once-off or on a regular schedule.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated and may be adjusted if site conditions change.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and electronic payment methods. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

Access & Safety

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property. We are not liable for damage caused by hidden objects, uneven ground, or pre-existing conditions.

Weather

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions to ensure safety and quality of work.

Liability

While all reasonable care is taken, Liparota Mowing & Garden Care is not liable for damage caused by hidden objects, debris, uneven ground, underground services, or pre-existing property conditions.

Acceptance

Booking or receiving services confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
